KaffeeKüche München

KaffeeKüche

This Facebook photo had me hotfooting it to KaffeeKüche in Haidhausen like nobody’s business. The cafe has now been open for almost a year, and I paid a visit with Lilian for mid-morning coffee and cake a couple of weekends ago.

Located on Weißenburgerstraße (just off Rosenheimer Platz), the cafe gives off a very European flair in summer. The pedestrianized street is full of cute, small cafes and plenty of outdoor seating.

KaffeeKüche serves locally-roasted Emilo coffee, homemade cakes and quiches, healthy and not so healthy breakfasts and paninis. The focus is on good quality, regional produce and the dishes are freshly prepared by Natalie and her team.

KaffeeKüche MunichInside, the decor is whimsical and very cute. There’s lots of wood, wine crates used as storage space and seats, and lots of vintage elements. It’s a lovingly put together cafe, and it’s the perfect place to while away a few hours with friends.
