Summer Tollwood at the Olympiapark starts next Wednesday, and they have some tremendous concerts lined up for you – to celebrate their 25th birthday.
On July 1, Crosby, Stills and Nash are playing. They were here back in 2010, and Munich must have charmed them, for they’re back again. Psst, tickets are still available, costing 62 € from MünchenTicket if you’re interested.
Bryan Ferry (whatever he does, it’s cool) is playing on July 3, with tickets costing 57 €.
There are some truly great acts playing this summer at Tollwood – Santana, Willy Astor, ZZ Top, The Pet Shop Boys…and the list continues. Check out the entire listing here.
My top tip for Tollwood is Calexico. If this isn’t summer music, I don’t know what is:
Of course, Tollwood isn’t all about the music. There are lots of other things going on too. Lots of food to try, lots of öko things to be bought…and it’s lovely to head over to for a wander and a beer after work.
