Along with two friends, Sarah and Elisa, the lovely Laura from Futterneid is currently working on a weekend of food, music, craft and culture, all celebrating friendship. The festival’s called Projekt Freundschaft and it’s taking place from July 18-20, with a feast of events that celebrate friendship.
First up, a party in Pathos – with music from Bostro Pesopeo, Luca Rose, TIGERKID, Pierre Henry, and theatre from Munich collective What You See is What You Get. The party gets underway at 9pm (entrance from 8pm), and will go on until the early hours of the morning – but don’t stay up too late, there’s a full program planned for the Saturday.
From 2pm on Saturday, July 19, the Projekt Freundschaft group will head to Die Färberei, for a cute sounding afternoon of Salon Freundschaft. Curated by the brand new Rhombus Kreativklub, the afternoon will be packed with readings, acoustic gigs, performances and good food and drink. The perfect way to spend an afternoon with friends. From six onwards, artists will gather at Die Färberei to present their creative viewpoint on friendship.
On Sunday, the weekend is rounded up with a craft market at Die Färberei, where there will also be plenty of delicious food and drink on offer. The whole weekend comes to a close with a Futterneid social dining event – also in Die Färberei. If you want to take part (and I can totally recommend you do so), you need to register in advance – you’ll need to send an email to dinner AT futterneid.org by July 16.
The entire weekend sounds like a dreamy weekend with friends – food, art, music and dancing. What more could you ask for?
