Bobby McFerrin in Munich

The 1988 song Don’t Worry Be Happy is a classic. It’s sunny and fun. It was the first a cappella song to reach number one in the US, and McFerrin is undoubtedly one of the world’s most talented vocalists. Now sixty-two, he still tours regularly, and this Sunday he’s back in Munich (he was last here in summer 2010), performing at the Philharmonie. Tickets are available online here, and if you already have plans for this weekend, he’ll be back in June with jazz pianist Chick Corea.

Tickets are pricy, topping 100 € for his show with Chick Corea, but he is a true American legend.
