Lou Reed’s celebrating his seventieth birthday today – but he’s not collecting his pension just yet. He’s had a hugely successful and controversial forty-odd year career and Munich will welcome the irreverent star to Tollwood on 1st July. Tickets cost between 41,50 € and 53 € – you can order now via München Ticket. Reed’s 2008 performance in the Philharmonie was revered – let’s keep our fingers crossed that he hasn’t lost his touch (after that god-awful collaborative with Metallica in 2011).
